We offer different levels of Probate service with different pricing options, so you can choose the right level of help to suit you.
We obtain the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration for you, which you then use to administer the estate yourself. This can be done by email, telephone or face to face, usually for a fixed fee of around £950 plus VAT.
We administer the estate from start to finish, including applying for the Grant, encashing assets, settling liabilities, filing tax returns, obtaining clearance from HMRC, creating estate accounts, distributing assets and administering any Trusts.
We can help with particular parts of an estate for a fixed cost, including preparing Estate Accounts and completing tax forms, so you know in advance exactly what it will cost.
